You will be given an "embed" code that starts off with "<object"
Click on the line and copy it; the [Ctrl] [C] keys are a quick short-cut for copy
Back on this page, paste the code you have copied in to the "Embed" section below. You can just click on the field and use [Ctrl] [V] keys as a quick paste short cut
Enter a title for the video, your team and a short description, you can also enter the opposition if you wish
We will need your name and eMail address just in case we need to contact you, these will not be displayed
Then click on "Submit"
We will then review your video and release it to on to the website if its acceptable

N.B. the clip must be of a Swansea Senior football team in action. We will happily consider teams training, warming up, photo shoot prior to a match or a fun challenge, for inclusion, if they are found to be of an acceptable nature. Clips such as the boys on a night out, larking around in the changing rooms, match violence of any kind or any similar such clips, will not be accepted.
